Holy Guacamole!

Holy Guacamole

Guac is the perfect thing to make with a kid. There’s nothing better than scooping out the soft green center and mashing it! This is always a hit in our house and it’s got tons of good fat for the kiddos.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
1 small lime
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt & pepper
hot sauce (optional)

Cut avocados in half, remove pits and scoop into a bowl. Mash slightly and add juice of entire lime. Continue to mash and add garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Include a dash or two of hot sauce if you like it a bit zippy. Serve with chips or veggies. If you plan to store the guacamole, it is important that it is in a glass container with plastic wrap tightly on top so that it does not brown. Do not store in plastic!
