You can’t really ring in the new year without a glass of bubbly. But you can’t really hand a 4 year old a glass of champagne. There’s also pregnant friends to consider and those who have already had too much by the time the clock strikes 12:00.

We still had some of the Pom Cranberry Syrup ^[1] in our fridge so we decided to make our own New Years eve mocktail recipe. Don’t worry, if you didn’t make the Sparkly Pomegrante Cranberries ^[1], you missed out but you’re still in luck.  The syrup is simple enough to make and you don’t need the cranberries.

It came out tasting like old fashioned home-made soda and it was yum! Look at my goofball likin’ his lips after he got his hands on it! Now for the recipe…
