Yummy Black Beans

Yummy Black Beans

Consider this is Part 1 of a 2 part post about rice and beans!! My kid’s life long love affair with black beans continues so I decided we should go beyond just heating up canned beans and try to make a recipe that tastes as good as when we are in a Mexican restaurant. I did a little research and cobbled together some different ideas to make this recipe. It came out terrific and we’ll definitely be making these again.

Yummy Black Beans Recipe

Prep Time: 5 mins Cooking Time: 30 mins

Ingredients:
2 cans black beans
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons onion (chopped very small)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 bay leaf
pinch of cumin
fresh cracked pepper

Saute onions in olive oil over medium heat until translucent. Pour in both cans of black beans (with liquid) and bring to a boil. Add bay leaf, cumin and brown sugar. Stir to combine, turn down heat and cover. Let simmer for 30 mins. Remove bay leaf, add pepper to taste and serve. Makes 4 servings.Yummy Black Beans

In general stainless steel cookware for cooking without water are
sold at a typical Cookware party a salesperson (who earn a commission)usually shows how to make
a meal with their product, and the guests get to observe the process and try the food.

Infrared toasters virtually have the same dimensions as regular toasters, and do not require special cookware like
the microwave oven. I hope this Wo – W Cooking Level Guide has served you get
a greater perception of the wow cooking occupation.
