Marshmallow Lollipops
How cute are these marshmallow lollipops? They’re so incredibly easy to make and are even more adorable in person. A perfect Valentine’s Day treat for adults and kiddos.
All we did is melt some chocolate, spread it on the marshmallows and roll them in some festive sprinkles.
We let them dry over night and then put each lollipop in a bag, tied it with a nice ribbon and viola! A perfect present for the one you love. Now for the recipe…
Marshmallow Lollipop Recipe
Prep Time: 5 mins
Ingredients:
1 bag of large marshmallows
2 to 3 cups melting chocolate (we used white & pink)
lollipop sticks
sprinkles
Push lollipop sticks into the marshmallows so that they’re about 2/3 of the way through the marshmallow. Melt chocolate in the microwave on low heat for 1 minute. Stir and continue to melt on low heat 30 seconds at a time until chocolate is smooth. Dip the marshmallow stick into the chocolate and use a spreader or butter knife to smooth out and “frost” the marshmallow with chocolate. Roll the chocolate covered marshmallow in sprinkles and stick the finished pop in a short glass to dry. Let dry over night and individually wrap in the morning.
