Honey Nut Crunch Parfait

Honey Nut Crunch Parfait

Pardon the mediocre pictures I snapped of this breakfast treat, but my kid simply would not leave it on the counter long enough for me to get a good shot. I don’t blame him, it was his invention.

Honey Nut Crunch Parfait

Ever since we made the Honey Orange Lemonade, he’s been on a honey kick. Beneath that pile of Honey Nut Cheerios is a big ole scoop of nonfat plain yogurt that was dying to be sweetened with honey.

He might have over done the honey a bit, but I just loved that he’s taking recipe making into his own hands. I never would have thought to put Honey Nut Cheerios in yogurt.

1 tablespoon slivered almonds
Handful Honey Nut Cheerios
