Oven Fries Transformed
Forgive me, for I know that sometimes pictures of food can look horrifyingly disgusting but I just couldn’t help but share this with you. We made oven fries which were quite delicious all on their own but paled in comparison to what we did with the leftovers the next day.
You see, we also had left over marinara and we always have shredded mozzarella so we made our oven fries into pizza fries and while this doesn’t look pretty it tastes pretty darn amazeballs. And IMHO making leftovers taste great is quite an accomplishment. What have you done with your leftovers lately?

Mmmm delicious
We turned leftover chicken, marinated tomatoes and some veggies into fantastic quesadillas last night. I was giddy with how well it all worked together.
We make scrambled eggs with our leftover fries mixed in. Makes for a hearty breakfast and uses up those fries that always seem to be left.
We’ll see how it turns out, but tonight I’m mixing left over BBQ chicken with some rice, beans, lots of sauce and some cheddar cheese and baking it into a casserole. Seems like there’s lots of potential here….
I use the fries in omelets so we breakfast for dinner. Also I sprinkle black pepper and granulated garlic before baking. Brings out flavor. Thanks.
