Bagelwich

This household favorite is absolutely delicious and ready in under 5 minutes. The key to a perfect bagelwich is having a microwave safe ramekin that is the exact same size in diameter as a bagel. The microwave steams the egg with no added fat or butter.

Prep Time: 3 mins  Cooking Time: 1 minute

Ingredients:
1 bagel
1 egg
1 tablespoon lowfat milk
1 to 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese

Put a fresh bagel in the toaster. Meanwhile, crack 1 large egg into ramekin, stir in tablespoon of milk and cheese. Microwave on high for exactly one minute. Slide egg onto toasted bagel and enjoy.Print Post
